What's included?
- High resolution digital JPG files suitable for large printed marketing material, plus smaller web size versions. Delivered via dropbox and pixieset gallery.
Single Non-exclusive license
- All packages and estimates include a ‘Single Non-exclusive license’ unless stated otherwise.
- Single Non-exclusive licence Images can only be used for the clients website, brochures, social media, print and PR unless stated otherwise.
- The client cannot resell or give images away to any third party including real estate agents, builders, designers, tradies without the written approval of the copyright owner (Katie Wade Studio) or unless specified otherwise in your invoice/contract.
- Any third party that wishes to use the images for their own commercial, or editorial use must contact Katie Wade Studio directly to purchase their own non-exclusive image licence.
Image sharing
If you wish to pass on the images to additional suppliers without them having to purchase their own licence, you must book a ‘Multi use non-exclusive licence’. The fee for the multi use non-exclusive image licence is 30% of your original photoshoot costs. If we find you have passed on the high res images without notifying us, this is a breach of copyright and you will automatically be invoiced the additional 30% of your shoot cost to cover the photography licence usage.
Can I gift the images to other suppliers?
If you wish to pass on the images to additional suppliers without them having to purchase their own licence, you must book a ‘Multi use non-exclusive licence’. If I purchase a Multi Non-exclusive license can I split the cost with other trades and suppliers?
Yes, you may split the cost with other trades and suppliers however payment must be made only by one account. All communication must go via one contact person for project briefing and invoicing.
Travel
All areas within Newcastle Area are covered in the fee. Areas beyond this are subject to additional cost.
